When helping you to achieve your desired goals, I often combine CBT with a number of other scientifically-proven treatments such as Solutions-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Behavioral Activation and Motivational Interviewing. If I am doing my job right, however, our sessions will be seamless and conversational.
